Dionne Lewis

I am a qualified Registered Nurse with over 35 years of healthcare experience gained across the UK and internationally. My nursing career has included work in emergency departments, emergency patient triage alongside UK ambulance services, custody and forensic healthcare, and dermatology services.

I have also worked as a Lead Nurse on international cruise ships and as a Community Nurse in both the UK and the USA, caring for people from a wide range of backgrounds and health needs.

Today, through Waymark To Health, I combine my nursing experience with lifestyle education and wellness support, helping individuals make practical, sustainable changes that support overall health and wellbeing.

My Mission

The mission of Waymark To Health is to provide compassionate Christian wellness education that supports healthier living through practical lifestyle guidance, sustainable habits, and balanced daily living.

I work with individuals who want to:

  • Improve their overall health
  • Build sustainable, healthy habits
  • Support their body through lifestyle changes
  • Take control of their long-term wellbeing

All sessions are delivered online via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, providing accessible support wherever you are.

My Vision

I believe the answers we often seek are already within us. When we create space for quiet reflection—free from distraction or judgment—we gain clarity, courage, and the ability to make meaningful change.

My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with what matters most, trust your inner wisdom, and move toward a life that feels authentic and aligned with who you are. With care and humility, I offer my time, skills, and experience in support of your growth and transformation.

As a Christian, I can also support this journey through the lens of your personal faith, if that is meaningful for you.
